At work, I usually drink from a fountain, and by doing a little experiment I found that 1 "swallow" is about 3/4 fluid oz, so about 10-11 swallows would be 8 oz.

The spreadsheet has menu items already loaded into it, but of course no such spreadsheet can have everything, so you do have the ability to edit the menu option sheets and add your own food items with their respective specs pretty cool i thought.
